Conwy Falls Woodland Walk

Set in 9 and a half acres of ancient woodland leading down to the Conwy Falls (or Rhaeadr y Graig Lwyd in Welsh) this site is an S.S.S.I. for mosses and lichens. Many found in only two or three other places. There are also four different types of woodland contained in this area home to about 32 different species of birds, polecats and various creepy creatures.

Caernarfon Castle

One of the many Castle built by King Edward I, along the north Wales Coast, to keep the native welsh in check. Caernarfon Castle was designed as a royal palace and seat of Government for north Wales. In fact the first English Prince of Wales was born here in 1284. A lot bigger than a lot of the Castles and again the old town is found inside the walls that surround the castle
